Job summary

Energy Management Collaborative (EMC) is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage EMC’s service activities, including small projects, warranty management, and planned/route maintenance. You will work with customers, vendors, and Labor Partners and collaborate with Logistics, Procurement, Project Management, and Finance teams to ensure timely service delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years customer service experience.
• Experience communicating with vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage service work orders from start to finish (setup, tracking, invoicing).
• Oversee small projects using systems and project management practices.
• Schedule Labor Partners for service and warranty work.
• Handle on-call, off-hours, and weekend support.
• Track performance and report to stakeholders.
