• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for startups, repairs, and maintenance.
• Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions to the right resource.
• Track technician time and attendance.
• Coordinate startup communications and follow-up on jobs in progress.
• Invoice and bill customers; assist with local AP/AR functions.
• Coordinate warranty administration, parts orders, and shipments.
• Answer phones and greet customers professionally.
• Assist new hires with paperwork and HR onboarding tasks.
• Maintain OSHA logs and ERP data entry for work orders and billing.
• Ensure timely close-out of work orders and proper filing of documents.

Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!**Location:** Indianapolis, IN, - Hybrid**Your Responsibilities:*** Work with Technician Supervisor and/or Operations, Service Center or District Manager in scheduling and dispatching of technicians for jobs (Startups/repairs, warranty, maintenance)* Handle customer inquiries and routes questions of technical nature to the appropriate resource* Tracking of time and attendance for technicians* Coordinate job startups and maintain communication with the customer regarding scheduling for the startup and follow-up on jobs in progress/completed* Invoice and bill customers* Assist in performing local office AP/AR functions and follows up with customer to ensure that payment has been received* Coordinate warranty administration process, parts orders, and track shipments* Answer telephones and greet customers while maintaining professional and courteous customer contact* Assist new hires in the completion of their new hire paperwork, complete employer required sections of forms (I-9) and ensure that it is sent to Human Resources on the new employee’s first day of employment* Maintain OSHA logs* Enter all information and maintain information into Enterprise Resource System.
