Safe Harbor in Erie, PA, is seeking a compassionate Service Coordinator I to join our case management team. In a hybrid role, you will connect students and families with vital community resources across schools, the community, and clients' homes, coordinating mental health services and support.

You will work with school staff and family services, develop service plans, maintain records, and stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services field required.
• 12 credits in Human Services coursework required or considered.
• One-year related experience preferred.
• Prior experience in community settings preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bachelor level transcripts must be attached with application.

We're looking for a compassionate, resourceful, and collaborative Service Coordinator I to join our case management team in Erie's Public Schools! In this role, you'll work within a hybrid setting. We focus on meeting people where they are at, so services are provided in schools, the community, and clients' homes connecting students and their families with vital community resources. Referrals include basic needs such as housing food, shelter, medical and mental health services, public benefits, community resources, and more. You'll be the link that helps students access the support systems they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in a Human Services field such as Social Work, Psychology or Counseling required.
• Other fields of study may be considered with coursework of at least 12 credits in Human Services.
• One-year related experience preferred.
• Prior experience working in community settings preferred.
• Safe driving record required.
• ATTENTION: BACHELOR LEVEL TRANSCRIPTS MUST BE ATTACHED WITH APPLICATION FOR CONSIDERATION.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
