Qualifications

• Completion of the Service Coordinator training curriculum (Cashier, Service Desk, and Courtesy Team).
• Ability to operate cash register systems and financial services equipment.
• Strong communication, friendly, customer oriented, organized, and detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift and move items as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate checkout flow and front-end tasks across shifts.
• Lead and train cashiers, service desk, and courtesy team members.
• Monitor shrink and financial outcomes; escalate concerns to leadership as needed.
• Engage in community programs and model team member engagement.
• Assign tasks to team members and follow up for completion.
• Maintain front-end cleanliness and standards across the department.
