Employers Options in Hilo, HI is seeking a Service Writer to join a growing team. This on-site role requires clerical and customer service experience and reports to work as scheduled.

The position features a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and a fixed pay rate of $24/hour. Candidates should be prepared to coordinate with service technicians and maintain accurate service records.

Formación

• Clerical background and customer service experience required.
• Front desk or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers at the front desk and assist with service requests.
• Document service details and maintain accurate records for service orders.
• Coordinate communication between customers and service technicians.
• Enter service information and updates into internal computer systems.
• Provide status updates to customers regarding service progress.
• Maintain organized files and documentation related to service operations.
• Support general office and administrative tasks as needed.
