Pavion is seeking a Talented and motivated Service Coordinator to join our integration unit in North Carolina. You will interact with customers, vendors, sales reps, and technicians daily to coordinate logistics and scheduling for service visits.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, updating the service management system, providing pricing, and ensuring timely ticket closures. A 2+ year admin background and strong PC skills are ideal. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years progressively responsible, related administrative experience.
• Strong PC skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to solve practical problems with general supervision.
• Excellent customer relations and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, vendors, sales reps, and technicians daily.
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling of technicians for service visits.
• Communicate cancellations or delays with customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone or email.
• Maintain and update customer records in service management system.
• Open, update, and close work order tickets within defined goals.
