You will ensure accurate technician schedules, maintain customer records, and nurture client relationships while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires at least 3 years of dispatching experience in related industries, strong multitasking, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience, preferably in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or a related industry.
• Permit experience preferred.
• Demonstrates high resilience, maintaining composure in high-pressure environments.
• Exhibits strong work ethic with urgency for first-call resolution.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work 40 hours per week.
• Willing to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to work.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching: identify and assign best leads to technicians.
• Auditing: ensure customer records and appointments are accurate.
• Scheduling: create and maintain customer appointments; coordinate activities.
• Documentation: maintain accurate paperwork for departments and technicians.
• Customer Relationship Management: keep internal and external clients informed and satisfied.
• Issue Resolution: address conflicts and provide timely solutions.
• Change Management: adjust appointments and schedules in real-time with approvals.
• Communication: facilitate effective dialogue among customers, team members, technicians, and managers.
