Job summary

Pengate Handling Systems, the premier Raymond Solutions & Service Center in the Northeast, is hiring a Service Coordinator (Dispatcher) to join our team. You will receive service calls, schedule with technicians, prepare proposals, and facilitate service billing and information flow among customers, technicians and departments.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2 years of customer service experience, billing experience preferred, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Receive and schedule service calls and coordinate with technicians.
• Prepare customer proposals and assist with service billing.
• Maintain accurate customer data and records.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians and departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls from customers.
• Process work orders in the management system.
• Maintain and schedule Planned Maintenance agreements.
• Handle special billing needs for customers.
• Maintain an accurate database.
• Provide support for technicians to maximize efficiency.
• Process warranty claims.
• Track technicians' time weekly and ensure proper billing.
• Coordinate service with subcontractors at customer locations.
