Job summary

Raymond West in Cypress, CA seeks a dynamic Dispatcher to join our service team. The Dispatcher schedules Field Service Technicians in response to customer breakdown calls and maintenance requirements, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.

You will work with GPS tools, keep customers informed, and prioritize urgent calls, after-hours work, and national accounts. This role requires two years dispatch experience, a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to work with

Qualifications

• Two years dispatch experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work off-hours including Saturdays.
• Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and managers in other departments.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Opens new service calls and breakdown work orders.
• Dispatches technicians to customers using GPS to enable efficient dispatch.
• Keeps customers informed of current service call status.
• Prioritize urgent, emergency and after hours calls and follow through to resolution.
• Prioritize and follow up on National Account and iTrack customers; maintain and update systems for service calls and statuses.
