Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Answer service calls and schedule technicians for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate technicians to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure timely invoicing and manage service inventory and rental fleets.
• Maintain EH&S compliance and assist with audits.
• Generate quotes and pursue new business when possible.
• Process parts orders, shipping, and data entry for service requests.
• Submit warranty claims and ensure Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance.
