Bee Window is seeking a Service Coordinator in Fishers, IN to be the front line for service related customer communication. This role handles inbound calls and emails, updates the CRM, and closes out installations with homeowner satisfaction.

It reports to Skip Rau and works in a two-person service team. You will coordinate scheduling with production, collaborate with technicians and office staff, and maintain accurate notes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service call handling.
• Experience with CRM or comparable database systems.
• Professional phone demeanor with upset customers.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills with disciplined follow-up.
• Collaborative, team-focused work style.
• Reliable transportation and on-site work five days a week in Fishers, IN.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails; resolve first-contact issues.
• Enter and update customer, job, and service records in CRM daily.
• Close out installations with customer feedback and reviews.
• Coordinate service scheduling with production and scheduling teams.
• Maintain clear communication on status and timelines.
• Escalate issues when needed and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain organized notes and files; proactive action.
