Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

We're looking for someone humble, hungry, and smart to join our office team as a Customer Care Coordinator. This is a full-time, on-site role in Indianapolis, IN.

You'll be the heart of our Maintenance Plan program — scheduling seasonal maintenance visits, managing renewals, and making sure customers feel taken care of every step of the way. Day-to-day, you'll also handle inbound calls, book service appointments, coordinate with technicians, maintain customer records, and support the overall flow of our office.

Qualifications

HVAC experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
