Job summary

S.A. Comunale is seeking a Service Coordinator for the Columbus, Ohio branch to support the Service Department. The role includes preparing quotes and estimates for materials and labor, and presenting a professional image during in‑person and phone interactions.

Other duties may be assigned by the Service Manager or Branch Manager. Responsibilities include issuing quotes, following up on non‑approved quotes, opening service tickets, ordering materials, and processing weekly invoices for SFU

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send service quotes and estimates for materials and labor.
• Educate customers and project a professional image in person and by phone.
• Open and manage service tickets and track status through to completion.
• Coordinate material orders for approved SFUs and assist with invoicing weekly.
