Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience fire sprinkler work.
• 5+ years' experience in a management position.
• Knowledge of NFPA 13 and 25.
• Working knowledge of industry standard practices for service, inspections, and design.
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Branch Service Department including service and small contract jobs.
• Supervise branch service department office and field staff (Administrative Assistants, Sales Representatives, Technicians).
• Ensure customer requirements are met with quality work and timely service during installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement growth strategies; manage branch service operations within the financial plan.
