Job summary

LeoForce in the United States is seeking an entry-level Service Coordinator in the Construction industry to help deliver world-class client service. You will work in a fast-paced environment coordinating projects, timelines, and client communications.

You will use Salesforce and ServiceTrade to manage relationships, track progress, and generate reports, supporting the Fire Protection team and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and ServiceTrade.
• Experience with Fire Protection and safety regulations within construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-project management ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consulting services, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Handle client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage client relationships, track progress, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop plans.
• Work closely with Fire Protection team to ensure safety standards and regulations.
• Use ServiceTrade to schedule and track service appointments, manage work orders, and document service delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates and feedback.
