Job summary

Tri-State Bobcat in Little Canada is seeking a Parts Specialist to assist customers and service technicians in finding the right parts for various equipment. This full-time role offers a stable schedule with no evenings or weekends.

Compensation: $24–$28/hour, based on experience

Location: Little Canada, MN

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | No evenings or weekends

Tri-State Bobcat is looking for a Parts Specialist to join our Little Canada team. You'll work directly with customers and service technicians while supporting a wide range of equipment and parts, including Bobcat, Toro, STIHL, and other leading brands.

You'll play a key role in keeping our service department moving by getting the right parts to the right people at the right time while providing excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Help customers by phone, text, and in person identify and purchase parts, accessories, and supplies
• Work with service technicians to identify, source, order, and allocate parts to keep repairs on schedule
• Research parts using computer systems, catalogs, and manufacturer/vendor resources
• Receive, verify, organize, stock, and allocate parts to inventory, customers, and service jobs
• Monitor inventory and identify parts that need to be reordered
• Assist customers with Toro and STIHL product selection, accessories, features, and basic operation
• Recommend related parts, accessories, and products based on customer needs

What Makes You a Great Fit

We're looking for someone who is curious, organized, mechanically minded, and comfortable working with people.

You don't need previous parts-department experience. Experience in equipment, automotive, small engine, powersports, agriculture, construction, or a related industry is valuable.
