Key Responsibilities

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as a service coordinator or manager, within watch repair or a related field.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of watches, from low-end quartz movements to luxury automatic timepieces from brands such as Rolex, Tudor, Omega, Cartier, and more.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients.
• Able to work quickly and flexibly, adapting to changing deadlines and time constraints.
• Highly organized with strong time-management ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience Required

• Minimum of one year of experience in a service coordinator, service manager, or comparable role.
• Hands-on familiarity with luxury and fine watch brands preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple repairs, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
