Job summary

London Jewelers is seeking a Repair Coordinator for our Americana Manhasset location. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales associates and the repair team to ensure smooth service of jewelry and watch repairs.

You will process watch repairs, communicate servicing instructions, enter data into the POS system, and help manage repair reports and invoicing while upholding our standards of luxury customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and computer skills.
• Knowledge of watches.

We are seeking a Repair Coordinator to join our location in the Americana Manhasset.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as primary liaison between customers, sales associates and repair team.
• Processes customer watch repairs on Rolex, Patek Philippe and Panerai watches; works with vendors regarding repair issues.
