You will disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble movements, replace damaged parts, and regulate accuracy while maintaining repair records and providing estimates.

Qualifications

• Formal watchmaking training or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience repairing mechanical watches.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Preferred Experience

• Experience with luxury and high‑end timepieces such as Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, TAG Heuer, and Breitling
• Manufacturer training or service center experience strongly preferred

Certifications a plus

• WOSTEP (Watchmakers of Switzerland Training and Educational Program)
• CW21 Certification (Certified Watchmaker of the 21st Century – AWCI)
• AWCI Watchmaker Certification
• SAWTA training (Swiss American Watchmakers Training Alliance)
• Brand‑specific certifications (Rolex, Omega, Richemont group training programs)
