Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a Service Coordinator to support the Washington DC area, coordinating technician start-ups, repairs, and maintenance. You will manage scheduling, customer communication, and ensuring timely execution across service teams.

The role requires coordinating with supervisors, handling invoices, and maintaining records in Astea Alliance, while supporting local AP/AR processes and warranty administration. Astea Alliance and MS Office experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2+ years related experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) service field.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch Technicians for jobs (start-ups/repairs, warranty, maintenance).
• Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions to the appropriate resource.
• Track time and attendance for Technicians.

Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: In office in Bowie, MarylandWhat you will do:Work with the Technician Supervisor and/or Operations, Service Center, or District Manager in scheduling and dispatching of Technicians for jobs (start-ups/repairs, warranty, maintenance)Handle customer inquiries and routes questions of technical nature to the appropriate resourceTrack of time and attendance for TechniciansCoordinate job start-ups and maintain communication with customer regarding scheduling for the start-up and follow-up on jobs in progress/completedInvoice and bill customersPerform local office AP/AR functions. Follow up with customer to ensure that payment has been receivedCoordinate warranty administration process. Order parts and tracks shipments.Answer telephones and greets customers.
