YES! AIR CONDITIONING HEATING PLUMBING ELECTRIC is seeking a Service Coordinator to schedule and manage HVAC installation appointments, ensure materials, permits, staffing, and customer contact for successful installations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and coordination with sales and field staff. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in customer service or client relations.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service by phone while directing technicians by phone.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple appointments.
• Strong listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience gathering customer information and inputting into a computer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and manages HVAC installations with sales staff and customers.
• Answers client and customer questions via inbound and outbound calls.
• Addresses and resolves installation issues when they arise.
• Issues purchase orders and orders equipment for upcoming installations.
• Pulls all necessary permits for installations.
• Inputs proper notes to keep installation technicians informed of job details.
• Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or director.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.

As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining installation appointments for customers. This position ensures that all necessary materials are ordered, permits pulled, staffing met and customers contacted to ensure successful installation of HVAC equipment.

• Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word*
