Tecta America East LLC in Jessup, MD is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the Service Manager, Director, Superintendent, and field crews. You will ensure effective communication with customers and respond to their needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining Navision accounts, resolving service issues, building relationships, scheduling field teams, and processing financial adjustments to sustain the service department.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of service department, commercial roofing, and/or customer service experience.
• Must have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to clearly convey concepts and action plans for service documents.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve service issues by assessing the problem, determining causes, and implementing solutions.
• Develop and maintain business relationships to broaden the bidding pool.
• Schedule daily/weekly field crews and manage on-call coverage.

We are seeking a Service Coordinator for our Jessup MD location.

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for interfacing with the Service Manager, Service Director, Service Superintendent, and field crews. Provide comprehensive support to all team members by effectively communicating and responding to customer needs.

Job Functions (includes)

• Opens and maintains customer accounts by recording account information and inputting into Navision and updating account information as required.
• Resolves service department/customer issues by assessing the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Develop and maintain business relationships to broaden Tecta’s bidding pool.
• Attend trade events, lunch-and-learn seminars, and trade organization meetings to further develop trade industry relationships.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Investigate and resolve problems relating to all areas of responsibility, gather and analyze information and take proper course of action.
• Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable functions as required to maintain fiscal wellness of service department.
• Develop the daily and weekly field schedule, along with managing the off-hours on-call schedule.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree a plus.
• Minimum of three (3) years of service department, commercial roofing, and/or customer service experience.
• Critical skills include planning & organizing; problem identification/resolution, attention to detail, multi-tasking, follow-through, priority setting, and accomplishing tasks in a timely manner.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
• Prior commercial roofing experience a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to clearly convey concepts, assumptions, and thought patterns used to develop servce documents.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Background Check, Drug Test and be E-Verified.

Salary starting at $65,000 and up, dependent upon experience.
