Job summary

Tecta America East LLC – Jessup Location is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing crews on commercial projects from start to finish in Jessup, MD.

You will supervise removal and installation of BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope roofs, ensure safety, maintain paperwork, and coordinate with customers.

A minimum of five years leading crews, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Must be able to climb ladders, bend, climb and kneel.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to pass preemployment screening.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed.
• Tracking inventory and filing daily reports.

We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman for our Jessup, MD shop.

Commercial Roofing Foreman Summary:

You will be the leader of our roofing crews and responsible for the installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Commercial Roofing Foreman Responsibilities:

• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)


• Roof maintenance and repairs

Pay starting at $24/hour, depending on experience.
