Job summary

Pipp Mobile Storage Systems is seeking a Service Coordinator in Grand Rapids, MI to support the Install Department and after-market service. The role handles service calls, site surveys, warranty work, and parts coordination while maintaining high professionalism and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or equivalent, strong Excel skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 2 years relevant experience preferred, or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis in Excel.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds in a timely manner to service calls and service orders from outside vendors, account managers, and web-based requests, coordinating the necessary parts and services as needed.
• Sets up site surveys.
• Responds to requests for warranty work and coordinates parts and repairs associated with warranty requests.
• Maintains professionalism in all verbal and written communications.
• Maintains a high level of integrity and work ethic.

The Service Coordinator supports the organization and Install Department through coordination of after-market service and warranty work.
