Job summary

Construction Grad, LLC is seeking an organized, customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the flow of information between customers and field technicians, coordinating each service request from initial contact to completion.

You’ll receive calls, schedule appointments, create work orders, track parts, communicate status to customers, and help prepare invoices. 1–3 years in customer service or service coordination is preferred; strong communication and multitasking

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service, service coordination, scheduling or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple active jobs and priorities at once.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable learning basic technical terminology and communicating it to customers.
• Experience in a service, repair, technical, mechanical, restoration or similar environment is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming customer calls and gather information about service needs
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate field technicians
• Create and manage work orders from initial request through completion
• Order and track parts and materials needed for upcoming work
• Communicate scheduling, job status and technician recommendations to customers
• Follow up with technicians and customers as work progresses
• Update job information and maintain accurate service records
• Prepare and process customer invoices
• Help troubleshoot scheduling changes and keep everyone informed
