You will assist with information gathering, process work orders and purchase orders, coordinate with accounting, answer phones, and provide backup to the service team. A mechanical background is helpful.

• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; eager to learn new programs.
• Strong communication and phone skills; works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work with service manager and team to collect information for ongoing jobs.
• Process work orders, purchase orders and coordinate with accounting.
• Answer phone calls as needed and provide backup to the service team.
