Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of industry or related customer service experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience using scheduling, dispatch, CRM, ERP, or field service management systems preferred.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data-entry systems.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Legal Authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor service technician activities, including installations, maintenance, repairs, inspections, and emergency service calls.
• Manage technician schedules to optimize workforce utilization, travel efficiency, and service productivity.
• Maintain a forward-looking service schedule and minimize backlog and delays.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments and ensure readiness for work.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries.
• Escalate risks and issues impacting safety or satisfaction.
• Create and maintain work orders, records, and scheduling systems.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely service completion.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and aging work orders.
• Track performance metrics such as schedule adherence and lead times.
