Job summary

Raymond Central, a trusted Raymond dealer, seeks a Service Coordination Manager to lead the service coordination and warranty teams across the organization. You will drive dispatch, invoicing, and process improvement while aligning with senior leadership.

This remote role has a regional footprint with travel to branch locations in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Mississippi as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (5+ years in Customer Service or Administrative Support)
• At least 2 years in a team lead, supervisory, and/or management role
• Ability to travel across branch locations within our region as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage Service Coordination and Warranty associates across the Raymond Central organization.
• Ensure efficient dispatch, warranty and service invoicing operations and drive consistent processes and training.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership, Service Managers, and other Leaders to ensure alignment and communication across branches.
• Manage attendance and staffing to meet business needs and drive performance.
• Coach and develop personnel, monitor performance, and support salary decisions and professional growth.
• Ensure a safe working environment following training and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing or contract-related issues and safeguard cash flow.
• Maintain contact with customers and internal teams to exchange information and share best practices.
• Travel to branch locations to support regional operations and continuous improvement.
