Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in Service Coordination, Case Management, or a closely related field.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and proof of state-required automobile insurance.
• Ability to travel locally to support assigned sites and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advocacy, crisis intervention, and support services for the service coordination program.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff, volunteers, and interns.
• Ensure program compliance with funder requirements and agency policies.
• Monitor service delivery and maintain participant records.
