Job summary

Zero Zone, a leading manufacturer of refrigerated display cases, is seeking a Marketing Specialist in North Prairie, WI. Under the Senior Marketing Specialist, you will support digital marketing programs, coordinate tradeshows and logistics, manage content distribution, and assist with analytics and reporting to connect strategy with execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of relevant experience and/or training.
• Strong communication and math abilities.
• Ability to analyze information and interpret data.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch service requests for contract customers.
• Provide dispatching/invoicing information to contract customers or Sales Department.
• Review service dispatch requests and coordinate service providers under warranty/service agreements.
• Understand and apply contract warranty/service terms.
• Coordinate new service contractors for warranty work.
• Assemble and maintain billing/invoicing documentation for customers.
• Assist in coordinating service work at customer sites as needed.
• Review service bills for customers with warranty/service agreements.
• Maintain spreadsheets for customers with warranty/service agreements.
• Understand order process from placement to shipping for warranty contracts.
• Maintain filing of customer orders under warranty/service agreements.
• Develop understanding of IFS related to the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
