Zero Zone in North Prairie, WI is seeking a Sales Liaison to support inside and outside sales operations under the Director of Retail / Industrial Sales. You will act as the primary contact for customer status inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to improve response times and order accuracy.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree in business administration and at least 5 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service, plus familiarity with ERP (IFS)

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business administration.
• 5+ years of relevant experience (account management, inside sales, customer service).
• Understanding of ERP (IFS) workflows and external customer portals.
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate inside and outside sales operations with internal resources.
• Serve as primary contact for customer status inquiries and improve response times.
• Coordinate with Systems, Case, and Service divisions to support sales.
