Wesco in the United States is seeking an Associate Administrator - Service Contracts to support vendor relationships, draft agreements, and manage contract records for critical infrastructure maintenance.

You will monitor COIs, W9s, SLAs, and renewal dates, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and budget alignment while maintaining accurate documentation and pricing.

Qualificações

• High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience in contract administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• CMMS software experience and familiarity with a contract management system.

Responsabilidades

• Understand critical infrastructure maintenance scopes of work.
• Conduct RFP process under supervision, create bid forms and track proposals.
• Create service contracts from templates and enter into the internal system.
• Enter contract pricing in the vendor catalog for PO generation.
• Manage service requests for contract changes and amendments.
• Respond to vendor issues from internal groups or customers.
• Update emergency escalation lists for vendor dispatching.
• Onboard vendors and review internal processes and expectations.
