Wesco in the United States is seeking an Associate Administrator - Service Contracts to support vendor relationships, draft agreements, and manage contract records for critical infrastructure maintenance.
You will monitor COIs, W9s, SLAs, and renewal dates, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and budget alignment while maintaining accurate documentation and pricing.
As the Associate Administrator - Service Contracts, you will support the management of vendor relationships and service contracts for critical infrastructure maintenance by overseeing the RFP process, drafting agreements, and maintaining accurate contract records. You will ensure compliance with internal systems and client requirements, manage vendor onboarding, and track key documentation such as Certificates of Insurance and W9s. You will monitor contract performance through scorecards and reporting tools, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and budget alignment.
Compensation Details: $23.10 - $28.88 Per Hour
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan,subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
