Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Contract Administrator in the United States to support major energy infrastructure projects. You will work with the project team to integrate cost, schedule, and risk controls and assist in commercial strategy across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include pricing for work products, change management, and developing subcontract scopes of work, while ensuring compliance with client contracts and internal standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, legal studies or business management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting major infrastructure capital projects.
  • Experience in construction contract change management, claims analysis, and commercial negotiations.
  • Background in project controls, cost forecasting, schedule analysis, and risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in controlling and mitigating project costs and risk exposure.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex contractual or technical information.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial and project controls oversight on infrastructure projects from start-up to closeout and dispute resolution.
  • Support pricing development for work products and management of risks and contingencies.
  • Proactive project and contract change and claims management and resolution.
  • Assist in applying client project control standards and setup strategies.
  • Develop SOW proposals and support negotiations for prime task orders and amendments.
  • Interpret client contracts to identify major requirements and flow-downs.
  • Manage contract workflow and implement improved processes.
  • Develop subcontract scopes of work and assist in budget proposals with project accounting.
