Bishop & Company is seeking a Service Consultant for a financial organization in Honolulu, HI. The role emphasizes professional phone-based customer service and handling confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

The position is a temp-hire opportunity with full-time and part-time shifts. Training is 8:30 am–5:00 pm for 3 months, followed by scheduling that may include weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Be open to training Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm for the first 3 months.
• Shift includes weekends after training; 8:30 am–5:00 pm.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a specific product line (e.g. Deposit, Credit Card accounts).
• Answer inquiries related to core system and product information during conversion.
• Navigate systems to look up account information and procedures.
• Support with training and complete duties as assigned.

The preferred candidate will possess customer service experience and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in phone-based interactions with customers. Full-time and part-time shifts available.Job Duties:Assist customers with a specific product line (i.e. Deposit accounts, Credit Card accounts).
