Audi Tulsa is seeking a Service Consultant who delivers outstanding customer service and drives sales performance. You will build trust, anticipate needs, and manage repair orders from start to finish in a luxury dealer environment.

This role emphasizes independent goal setting, clear communications with customers, and teamwork with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes for Audi owners.

As a Service Consultant at Audi Tulsa, we believe exceptional customer service and exceptional sales performance go hand in hand. The best Service Advisors build trust, communicate confidently, can anticipate the customer’s needs, and deliver an experience that keeps customers coming back.

This position is designated as safety-sensitive in accordance with the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act (OMMPPA), due to job duties that include operating vehicles or machinery and/or working with or around hazardous materials. Consistent with applicable law, applicants for safety-sensitive positions may be subject to drug testing. A positive test result for marijuana (THC) may result in disqualification from consideration for this position, including for individuals holding a valid state-issued medical marijuana license. Applicants must also meet the driving requirements of the company’s insurance carrier, including maintaining an acceptable driving record (e.g.,no excessive moving violations).
