Job summary

Ingersoll Automotive in Danbury, CT, is seeking a Service Receptionist to be the friendly first point of contact for guests and a key contributor to a busy, service-oriented team. You will help keep the Service Department running smoothly while delivering a welcoming, professional experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering calls, scheduling service appointments, processing payments, coordinating loaner vehicles, and maintaining accurate records.

As one of the first people our guests interact with, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping keep our Service Department running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance

• Cashier repair orders and process payments
• Coordinate loaner vehicles and guest transportation
• Maintain accurate guest, vehicle, and repair order information
• Assist with extended warranty processing and other administrative tasks
