Ingersoll Auto in Pawling, NY is seeking a dependable Service Administrator to join our friendly service team. You will write repair orders, build estimates, and handle warranty processing, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

We value attention to detail, the ability to work independently or with a team, and familiarity with basic computer tasks and 30 WPM typing. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Formación

• Attention to detail is essential for accurate invoicing and order entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to support the service department.
• Basic computer skills and typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
• Familiarity with using a calculator or adding machine for quick calculations.
• Capacity to learn and adapt in a fast-paced dealership setting with minimal mistakes.
• Must learn warranty and Ingersoll Auto policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Write repair orders, capture information, and check recalls and warranty coverage with manufacturers.
• Build accurate estimates using all data and our DMS (Tekion).
• Move vehicles through the software process.
• Communicate effectively with all Team Members.
• Invoice / Bill repair orders.
• Code warranty claims.
• Assist with moving vehicles around the lot and prep for technicians.
• Read and understand technical notes and ensure all information is on the invoice.

Automotive knowledge and experience are preferred but we are willing to train a motivated candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Writing repair orders, capturing information, and checking for recalls and warranty coverage with different manufacturers.

• Move vehicles through the software process
• Effective communication with all Team Members
• Invoice / Bill repair orders
• Code warranty claims
• Assistance with moving vehicles around the lot and prep for technicians

Compensation:

• Base pay plus both weekly and monthly variable bonuses
• Benefits available to full-time team members, including health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and 401K plan
