Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by handling related tasks that leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as needed.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and supervise service department staff.
• Reinforce company policies and standards.
• Encourage compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintain good relationships with factories and foster positive employee relations.
• Tuesday to Saturday 6:45 am to 5:30 pm.
