The role emphasizes selling maintenance and repairs, delivering excellent guest experiences, and maintaining integrity in all dealings.

The position offers a bi-weekly commission plan based on service labor gross, with a pay guarantee during the initial period.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 3–4 years related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Sales ability and basic automotive knowledge.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and must have a driver's license.
• Pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with guests and technicians to monitor repair progress and ensure satisfaction.
• Present repaired recommendations and obtain customer approval before work begins.
• Sell maintenance services to meet customers' perceived needs.
