Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner
• Work closely with guests to resolve problems and ensure their maximum satisfaction with the repair process
• Utilize all aspects of the MPI system and present recommended repair suggestions to every customer
• Sell proper services and repairs to meet customer's perceived needs
• Gain customers approval for all repair orders prior to beginning work
• Conduct business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures.

Requirements

• Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school; or three to four years related experience and/or training;or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sales ability and basic automotive knowledge
• Is legally able to work in the United States
• Must have a driver's license and maintain insurability
• Pre-employment drug screen

Pay

Bi-weekly commission pay plan based on service labor gross with a potential range from 60k to 150k. A pay guarantee to be provided for the first 4 months of employment while building customer base.
