Job summary

Russo Hardware, Inc. is seeking a Service Associate in Frankfort, IL. The role is full-time hourly, serving as the primary contact for customers and coordinating service needs with the team.

You will greet customers, guide service intake, communicate quotes, complete service tickets and maintain department standards. Knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams helps you manage orders and billing; a high school diploma is required and bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must possess good general computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Service writing experience in commercial lawn, auto or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely and professional manner at the counter.
• Help guide customers when they bring in machines for service.
• Communicate with customers regarding quotes and completion of service.
• Complete accurate service tickets and quotes.
• Maintain store visual standards and department appearance.
• Build relationships with current and new customers.
• Assisting customers with other aspects of the business.
• Maintain a safe work environment for customers and staff.
