Job summary

Russo Hardware, Inc. in Frankfort, IL is seeking a Service Associate to be the primary contact for customers in the Service division. You will relay customer needs to service staff and communicate service options to customers to optimize their experience.

The role requires strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining store standards. This is a full-time hourly position with benefits and weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have good general computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the counter in a timely and professional manner.
• Help guide customers when they bring in machines for service.
• Communicate with customers regarding quotes and completion of service.
• Complete accurate service tickets and service quotes.
• Uphold and maintain the visual standard within the store, primarily your department.
• Maintain relationships with current customers and build relationships with new customers.
• Assisting customers with other aspects of the business.
• Maintain a safe work environment within the department for customers and staff.
