Job summary

Russo Hardware, Inc. in Hainesville, IL, is seeking a Service Associate to be the primary contact for customers in the Service division. You will greet customers, assist with service intake, and communicate quotes and service progress to ensure a smooth experience.

This full-time, hourly role requires basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), strong communication, and the ability to multitask. A high school diploma is required; prior service writing experience in lawn or auto sectors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Service writing experience in commercial lawn, auto or similar.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the counter professionally.
• Guide customers when bringing in machines for service.
• Communicate quotes and service completion to customers.
• Complete accurate service tickets and quotes.
• Maintain visual standard within the store, primarily your department.
• Build relationships with current and new customers.
• Assist customers with other aspects of the business.
• Maintain a safe work environment within the department for customers and staff.
