Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief to join our management team in El Cajon, CA. You will work with the General Manager to guide the crew, ensure smooth operations, and boost sales through excellent customer service.

You will lead by example, develop teammates via our internal training program, and participate in budgeting and forecasting to drive financial performance. A fast-paced, guest-first retail environment awaits with opportunities to grow your career.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
• Good business sense and understanding of retail metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align with business goals.
• Coach and develop technicians and CSAs through internal training programs.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts and expense controls.
• Ensure clean, safe, and presentable service center per standards.
• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving core sales metrics.
