Job summary

Quipt Home Medical Inc. is seeking a Service Center Supervisor in Salina, KS to coordinate branch operations, lead a team, and ensure efficient patient care coordination.

You’ll guide daily workflows, manage workforce tasks, and maintain strong knowledge of insurance criteria and products offered by the organization. The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience in an office environment.
• 1+ year customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse management experience preferred.
• Medicare and third-party reimbursement experience preferred.
• Prior Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, and trains new team members.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department/branch.
• Liaises with patients, referral sources, and other team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintains knowledge of insurance coverage criteria and products/services offered by the organization.
• Attends in-services and meetings; assists with meeting management.
• Resolves customer complaints and reports to leadership.
• Enforces adherence to policies and safety protocols.
• Communicates effectively with team members.
• Motivates team to meet goals and participates in evaluations and development.
• Oversees referral and customer service operations including order intake and insurance verification.
• Monitors equipment availability and inventory traceability; maintains logs and files.
• Develops safety and maintenance schedules.
