Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Customer service mindset; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; KPI data experience.
• Scheduling flexibility; HS diploma; ability to stand, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the service center and supervise hourly staff.
• Train and develop team to deliver quick, high‑quality service.
• Perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Educate guests on vehicle care and preventive maintenance.
