Job summary

LS Solutions seeks an Assistant Service Center Manager to support the Service Center Manager in leading daily operations and staff supervision. You will perform oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educate guests on vehicle needs, and promote loyalty through quality service.

You will develop work schedules, manage inventory, conduct store audits, uphold safety and cleanliness, and assist with opening and closing procedures while leading team development efforts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to monitor KPI data and adapt schedules as needed.
• High School diploma or equivalent; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand long hours.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Develop work schedules and staff rosters.
• Manage inventory and conduct store audits to ensure accuracy.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards across the service center.
