Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to support the Service Center Manager in daily operations. You will supervise hourly staff, perform oil changes and vehicle maintenance, and educate guests on vehicle care to ensure high-quality service.

You will develop staff schedules, assist with inventory, and oversee store audits to maintain safety and performance standards, while fostering a team culture that delivers quick, trusted service and builds customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service.
• Proficient in interpreting KPI data for performance.
• Fluency in English; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the service center and supervise hourly staff.
