Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Zeeland, MI is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to lead a high-performance team and deliver excellent service. You will supervise hourly staff, train team members, and ensure adherence to policies while building loyalty from guests.

You’ll manage schedules, assist with inventory and audits, and help create a safe, productive work environment. This role offers weekly pay and growth opportunities within the service center.

Formación

• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Customer service mindset and demonstrated ability to build loyalty while following company procedures.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and history of making sound judgments under pressure.
• Experience using KPI data to monitor performance, trends, and identify areas for improvement.
• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely).
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Perform oil changes and maintenance services, educate guests on vehicle maintenance requirements and ensure that recommended services are reviewed.
• While working on the floor, supervise daily operations of the service center and train new team members.
• Build trust and win repeat, loyal customers by ensuring excellent customer service through Valvoline’s process.
• Develop and maintain efficient weekly work schedules for employees, ensuring optimal coverage and labor law compliance.
• Assist with inventory processes and store audits to maintain a safe and organized environment.
